Finding us
Two minutes from Crate & Barrel. Five from Elizabeth Park.
Our West Hartford flagship sits on the third floor of 61 South Main Street — the professional building immediately south of Blue Back Square. Clients walking in from the plaza take the elevator from the main lobby to Suite 309. From the Blue Back Square parking garage it's a four-minute indoor walk.
For clients driving in: street parking runs along South Main Street and Isham Road, and the public parking garage on Isham is the fail-safe option for longer appointments. If you're coming from Farmington Avenue or Bishop's Corner, the 9-minute drive is simple. From downtown Hartford via I-84, it's 10 minutes.
The neighbourhood itself is the reason Alica chose this location — a dense catchment of insurance professionals (Aetna, Travelers, The Hartford), Hall and Conard families, and the University of Saint Joseph community. The 11:30–12:30 lunch window is our busiest booking slot.
We serve
WeHa and every neighbourhood around it.
We serve clients from every West Hartford neighbourhood — the Center, Bishop's Corner on Farmington Avenue, the Elizabeth Park district, and the Hall/Conard school catchments. Beyond the town lines, our West Hartford flagship is the closest med spa for Avon, Farmington, and Simsbury clients, and a quick 10-minute drive from Hartford.
A note on the bridal calendar: Elizabeth Park's rose garden is Connecticut's most-photographed wedding backdrop between June and September. Brides typically begin Bravo planning 6 months out — Botox in West Hartford at 6 weeks pre-wedding, our RF microneedling series finishing 4 weeks pre-wedding, a DiamondGlow facial the week before. We've booked many Elizabeth Park brides and we know the timing cold.
Popular treatments among WeHa clients: dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, under-eye), CoolSculpting fat freezing for stubborn pockets, laser hair removal across all skin types, and monthly IV hydration therapy for the insurance-corridor professionals who live at their desks.

Elizabeth Park rose garden bridal prep
Connecticut's most-photographed wedding backdrop blooms mid-May through September. Our West Hartford flagship sits two minutes from the park's entrance — and we've booked enough Elizabeth Park brides to know the timing cold. The standard timeline for a June or July wedding:
- 6 months out: consultation + first Botox + start The Bravo Glow skin protocol (DiamondGlow + RF microneedling + PRF)
- 6 weeks out: final Botox (peaks at day 14 — right at peak effect on wedding day)
- 4 weeks out: final lip filler (swelling resolves before photos)
- 1 week out: DiamondGlow facial 48–72 hours before ceremony
- Morning of: IV hydration drip + B12 injection for sustained glow on camera

The WeHa event calendar
Hall, Conard, Hartford Golf Club — why June through September books out first
West Hartford's social calendar is dense from late spring through early fall. Hall High and Conard High proms concentrate in May. Hartford Golf Club's summer events run June through August. University of Saint Joseph graduations fall at the end of May. The Farmington Polo Club season starts in June. Add the Elizabeth Park bridal peak and you have five overlapping demand surges in one calendar window.
The practical consequence: our spring bookings for WeHa clients fill 4–6 weeks ahead for anything event-critical (Botox 3 weeks pre-event, filler 4 weeks pre-event, DiamondGlow 48 hours pre-event). If you have an event in May, June, July, or August, book in late February or early March for priority slots. Off-season (January, February, November) is the honest sweet spot for unrushed treatment planning.
For prom-season families: we've treated many Hall and Conard mothers of graduates pre-event. The typical pattern is Botox at 3 weeks and DiamondGlow 48 hours before. Low-drama, high-polish.
Insurance-corridor professionals
Lunch-hour Botox for Aetna, Travelers, and The Hartford
The Aetna campus is 5 minutes from our 61 South Main Street flagship. Travelers is 7 minutes. The Hartford is 8 minutes. These three employers dominate our weekday 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 12:30 PM booking slots — our busiest lunch-hour block across the Connecticut network.
The round trip works cleanly: leave your desk at 11:30, 2-minute intake at 11:40, 15-minute Botox appointment from 11:45 to 12:00, 5-minute drive back — you're at your desk by 12:05 with no visible marks. Treatments that fit this window: Botox in West Hartford (single area), masseter Botox, trap-tox for desk tension (read the trap-tox article), and IV hydration in Connecticut (30 min).
Book 2–3 weeks out for preferred lunch slots. Read our full WeHa lunch-hour Botox guide for the corridor-specific commute and booking protocol.
