In plain English: Book an appointment, get a free consultation, pay for any treatment you agree to, give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel, and understand that aesthetic results vary. Results depend on anatomy, aftercare, and individual response — no clinic can guarantee exact outcomes.

1. Agreement

By accessing bravomedspa.com, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment at either Bravo MedSpa location (61 South Main Street, Suite 309, West Hartford, CT 06107; 825 Cromwell Avenue, Rocky Hill, CT 06067), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. About our services

Bravo MedSpa provides medical aesthetic services including, but not limited to, neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau), dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse), Kybella, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, RF microneedling, PRP/PRF therapy, DiamondGlow, radiofrequency skin tightening, LED light therapy, and IV hydration. All medical aesthetic treatments are performed under medical supervision by Connecticut-licensed practitioners in compliance with Connecticut General Statutes § 19a-903c governing the practice of medicine and nursing.

3. Consultations & treatment

First appointments are complimentary 30–45 minute consultations. Consultations do not obligate you to receive treatment. Before any treatment, you will complete a medical intake, receive a written treatment plan with itemised pricing, and sign a procedure-specific informed consent form. Treatment is not guaranteed; we reserve the right to decline treatment if we determine it is not medically appropriate, and we are obligated by Connecticut law to turn away poor candidates. Minors under 18 require parental or legal-guardian consent and are not eligible for all services.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices published on this website are estimates and may change. Final pricing is confirmed in writing at your consultation. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards (for eligible services only — most cosmetic treatments are not HSA/FSA eligible), CareCredit, and cash. Cosmetic medical aesthetic services are not covered by health insurance. Package pricing, when offered, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within the stated validity period.

5. Cancellations & no-shows

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules of consultations and treatment appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows for treatment appointments forfeit any deposit paid and may be required to prepay before booking again. Package appointments missed without notice may be deducted from your remaining session count.

6. Individual results

Aesthetic medicine results vary from person to person based on anatomy, skin quality, adherence to aftercare, lifestyle factors, and treatment response. Photographs, testimonials, and descriptions on this website represent typical ranges, not guaranteed outcomes. Your provider will discuss realistic, evidence-based expectations at your consultation. Bravo MedSpa makes no guarantee of specific results.

7. Photography & before/after images

Bravo MedSpa does not use AI-generated before-and-after images. All imagery identified as a real treatment outcome represents an actual Bravo MedSpa patient, used with signed photo release, unretouched beyond standard colour correction. You may be offered the opportunity to provide photos for internal progress tracking; such photos are protected under HIPAA and are never published without your specific written consent.

8. Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial information purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit content without written permission. All text, photography, illustrations, logos, and trademarks are the property of Bravo MedSpa or licensed to us. "The Bravo Glow", "The Bravo Lift", and "The Bravo Reset" are our service marks.

9. Health information & medical advice

Content on this website is educational and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed medical professional. Do not use the site for medical emergencies — call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. Reading a service page does not create a provider–patient relationship; that relationship forms only at an in-person consultation where medical intake is completed.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites (manufacturer pages, news articles, review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites. Following a third-party link is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, Bravo MedSpa, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or any inability to access it. Our liability for any direct damages arising from website use is limited to $100 USD. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from medical treatment, which are governed by Connecticut medical professional liability law and your signed treatment consent forms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bravo MedSpa and its team from any claim arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the website, or violation of any third-party right.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Hartford County, Connecticut. Disputes related to medical treatment are governed by Connecticut medical tort law and your signed informed-consent documents, and nothing in these terms waives your rights under that framework.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
