Which treatment is right for my concern?

The honest answer is: it depends on your concern, anatomy, timeline, and budget — which is why every first appointment is a complimentary consultation. For wrinkles, neurotoxins and fillers are usually the starting point. For loose skin, RF microneedling or skin tightening. For stubborn fat, CoolSculpting. For unwanted hair, laser. Your provider will map it out with you in writing.

Can I combine treatments in one visit?

Yes — in fact, most of our best outcomes come from stacking. See the 'How treatments combine' section above for common pairings. Your provider will pace anything that needs separate visits (like laser and RF, which are best 4 weeks apart on the same area).

Do I need a consultation first?

Accepted Answer

For injectables, laser, CoolSculpting, RF microneedling, and PRP — yes. Connecticut law requires a medical consultation before first treatment. For DiamondGlow, IV hydration, and LED therapy, you can often book the treatment directly; we'll still review intake first.

Can men book at Bravo?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Roughly 20% of our client base is male — primarily for Botox (crow's feet, masseter/TMJ), laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, and IV hydration. We treat every client as an individual regardless of gender.

Question 5

What treatments are safe in pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Very few. We do not perform injectables, laser, RF, CoolSculpting, or IV hydration on pregnant clients — even when a specific treatment may be safe, the default at Bravo is to wait. DiamondGlow (without certain serums) and LED therapy can be appropriate after first trimester with medical clearance. Read our preparation guide or call to discuss.

Are treatments covered by insurance?

Accepted Answer

No — cosmetic medical aesthetic treatments are not covered by medical insurance. Some can be paid using HSA/FSA dollars if there's a documented medical indication (e.g., masseter Botox for TMJ, laser hair removal for pseudofolliculitis). We can discuss eligibility at consultation.
